Word to Dreams: Word to Dreams 1st Blogoversary

It's hard to believe that I've been blogging for a year! Okay, so my blogoversary was actually in September, but who knew life would get so crazy during that time! I had actually considered just blowing it off but felt that my followers deserved a Thank You from me and here you are.

I want to thank every single one of my followers. May you be daily viewers, frequent flyers or once in awhile stop-by's. Each of you are what keeps me going. Yes, I love books but without followers I'm sure my passion wouldn't have been piqued and I'd just be doing my usual bit on Goodreads and in turn not meeting people I wouldn't have before, coming in contact with books I wouldn't have and getting to know authors that have become part of my reading and blogging life.

I want to thank all my Goodreads Facebook messaging group, you all know who you are. When I was iffy about blogging and Wordpress scared the HELL out of me, you helped pick me up and nudged me in the direction of Blogger. I want to thank Brooke of The Cover Contessa for being such a good friend and a blogger/reader/word spreader to look up to. She's helped me through some issues with my blog and guided me in ways she has no idea about.

I want to thank all the blog tour groups that I've been a part of. Some of them I am still with, some I've left because we were going in different directions with books. And that's not said in a bad way, without them I wouldn't have gotten to where I am now. All of the groups have been professional, courteous and are full of loads of knowledge. You can see most of the ones I'm currently working with in my side bar on the right. If you are a blogger looking for blog tours to host, check them all out.

Today I have for you a signed paperback of The Darkest Minds. It's the first book in The Darkest Minds series and the 2nd book, Never Fade was recently released in hardback. I picked up this book at Book of Wonders in NYC when I met the author, Alexandra Bracken, at an authors panel there. So it's not a signed book that I picked up off the shelf, I purposely had her sign it for my wonderful followers.
